So, our board decided in the past (2018) to enter the hospitality sector and developed along past three years the main project in the Pardes Group International.

During the 2020 year, the board authorized the distribution of value and projected investment fund for all of our own offices and associated in first level.

Each office study their region and selected the best opportunity to invest and the market profiles more adequate for their focus.

One of most important and valuable region of the world to develop the hospitality program and their subprojects is the South America.

The pandemic crisis promotes a great crisis in the sector and nowadays we can found great hotel chain to sell by lower prices and under-valuated.

This region have a lot of people that are become old and that have no places to go. Then the opportunity to create villages and spaces devoted to this customer are one of our important and focus in the project developments.

This customers have money and have not interest to lives joint the young people and their culture, preferring a space in that the people have the same culture and preferences.
